The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and the product must have been purchased directly from Vassia Labs. Proof of purchase may be required.

For eligible orders, one opened bottle per order may qualify. Additional bottles generally need to be unopened, unused and in resalable condition.

Vassia Labs provides a prepaid return label for eligible US returns unless otherwise advised because of fraud, abuse or an unauthorized return, to the extent permitted by law.

After an eligible return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Reporting the issue within 7 days helps us investigate.
