Vassia Labs shampoo is sold as a cosmetic product. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Statements relating to volume, fullness, softness, root lift, breakage appearance or scalp care are cosmetic claims unless expressly stated otherwise.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean it has been accepted. Where legally permitted, we may cancel or refuse orders because of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, inventory shortages, address problems, resale abuse, legal restrictions, unusually high quantities or other legitimate business reasons.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout and may change for future purchases. Customers agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with the purchase.

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions or limits on combination with other offers. Abuse or unauthorized duplication of offers may result in cancellation where legally permitted.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We currently ship eligible orders to the United States only. Standard US shipping is generally free unless otherwise disclosed. Standard delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after shipment.

Eligible purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. The current return window is generally 30 days from carrier-confirmed delivery. One opened bottle per eligible order may qualify.

If recurring delivery or subscription options are offered, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. A one-time purchase does not create recurring billing.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is not knowingly false, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent or abusive.

The Vassia Labs name, branding, website content, copy, graphics, product imagery, designs and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Standard Bull LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, conduct fraudulent transactions, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, abuse promotions or refund systems, or use our services in violation of law.

Our store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms and other service providers.

Customers should follow product directions and review the ingredient list before use. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Individual cosmetic results vary, and reviews, testimonials or creator experiences are not guarantees of a specific outcome.

We may investigate suspected payment fraud, return fraud, promotion abuse, chargeback abuse, account misuse or other unlawful conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, guarantees or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law allows otherwise.
